During the annual EMEA meeting, the Retail Channel Representative Target Italia team received a European award from Intel for the work accomplished.<\/p>

Our Mystery Clients registered an increase in awareness and engagement; in fact, sales assistants recommended Intel products 95% of the time.<\/strong><\/p>

The Team is composed of:<\/strong>
\u2013 3 RCR <\/strong>(Retail Channel Representatives) Agents who handle training, coaching, and events, as well as day-to-day on-site situation monitoring.
\u2013 15 ISS<\/strong> (In Store Specialists) who manage to spread the brand’s voice even in retail stores that are most difficult for the RCRs to reach. The work of all these specialists is coordinated by the Team Leader who sends information and actions from the field to Intel, and vice versa.<\/strong><\/p>

“We are very proud of the result achieved. The constant and synergistic work of the entire Team has allowed us to further improve our performance<\/em> \u2013 commented Luca Galimberti, Team Leader for Intel \u2013 thanks to our ability to communicate the benefits of Intel products to the sales staff in the most important retail chains, who, in turn, showcase the benefits of the products to consumers and recommend their purchase.<\/em>“<\/p>

Before coordinating the resources, Luca Galimberti oversaw the North-West area of Italy, covering approximately 92 retail stores as RCR.
In his current role, he is therefore able to have a clear view of the Team’s strategic and operational aspects. His advice for colleagues is to have ‘eyes and ears always ready and a smile on their faces, in order to build solid relationships with sales staff and retailers’<\/em>.<\/p>

The EMEA meeting took place in Budapest from September 23rd to 26th and, like every year, it was an important occasion for exchange<\/strong> among all RCRs and industry professionals in Europe: not only to define common objectives and training activities, but also to socialize and strengthen the sense of belonging to the Intel team.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
