Sungevity, a Dutch company founded in 2012, specializes in the renewable energy sector. Implementing a campaign to promote the use of photovoltaics requires innovative ideas and the gathering of new prospects. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

The mission was to ‘accelerate the energy transition toward a sustainable future by engaging thousands of families.<\/em>‘ The company’s operational headquarters is located in Amsterdam, but it also operates in other European countries such as Belgium, Germany, and England, and aims to expand into the Italian market and improve its brand awareness. The goal was to connect with potential buyers with the purpose of increasing interest in photovoltaics and converting them into prospects. <\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Target adopted an innovative approach, implementing a prospect generation campaign. The first day of face-to-face<\/g> training with the client was fundamental in engaging the brand ambassadors <\/g>and making them feel part of a team. To consolidate the work team, throughout the duration of the activity, we conducted new selections and continuous training sessions, both one-to-one and one-to-many, led by our trainers.

– Company presentation
– Functioning of the photovoltaic system
– Possible approach with clients
– Report compilation
– Material distribution (flyers, information request forms, campaign questions).” <\/p>

The synergy between Sungevity, Target Italia, and Brand Ambassadors was fundamental<\/strong>. Specifically, they had to:
– Reach the residences provided by the client. The addresses belonged to homes previously selected through a preventive roof screening. Initially, each resource was assigned a panel of addresses close to home, before expanding the area.
\u2013 In case the person was home, the resource would have to carry out a brief survey. If, however, no one was home or the person was not interested, the flyer with all the information and contacts had to be left.
\u2013 Collect the lead’s contact information; they would receive a free roof scan only after responding to the email’s CTA.
\u2013 Obtain signatures on the privacy and GDPR forms for data collection, which are fundamental for the reuse of the contacts.<\/p>

Daily contact with the resources allowed us to receive constructive feedback <\/strong>in conjunction with the activity’s execution, in order to modify the strategy during its course.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
